These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BharatReselling website and mobile application. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Platform

BharatReselling is a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting manufacturers with resellers and bulk buyers. We operate on a bulk purchase model only.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Products are sold in bulk quantities. Each product has a specified MOQ. Orders below MOQ will not be processed.

3. GST Requirement

GST details may be required for store KYC verification. Users without GST may be subject to platform policies or subscription charges. Users are responsible for GST compliance under Indian law.

4. Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payment must be completed before order processing.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping is coordinated with logistics partners. Shipping charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the logistics provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if: Cancellation request is made before dispatch. Approval is granted by the seller/manufacturer. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed only in cases of: Damaged product (with proof) Incorrect product delivered Order not fulfilled by supplier Refunds are processed after verification and may take 5–10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

BharatReselling acts as a B2B facilitation platform and is not liable for: Manufacturer quality issues Logistics delays Indirect business losses

9. Account Responsibilities

Users must: Provide accurate business information Maintain confidentiality of login credentials Not misuse the platform We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform materials are the property of BharatReselling. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
